Black men do not have a monopoly on large penises. Any man of any race or ethnicity can be well-endowed; likewise, any man of any race or ethnicity can be average or smaller than average. This stereotype is an ugly one, started by white people and continued by silly black men who define their manhood by the size of their penises. Ken, let me tell you a secret that will guarantee your success as a lover: learn the fine art of foreplay. Learn the erogenous zones of a woman. Learn the fine art of touching, of kissing, of caressing. Foreplay is the most important part of lovemaking, not the ability to rupture a woman's vagina with the size of your penis. There is something else you need to understand, Ken: the women you're currently dating are hoochies and hos, not so much because they've been sexually active with several partners, but because they discuss it with you. A real woman does not reveal her sexual experience to a man she's just getting to know. She does not sit around discussing the penis size of the men she's been with.

Your penis size isn't the issue, it's your choice of women. Look for a 'quality' woman, a woman with some class and style. One who'll love and respect you for who you are, not how big your penis is. And black men should really be insulted by, and fed up with, this silliness.

My son attends a school of martial arts (Ju Jitsu), and there are two women, a Sensei and a Shihan. The Sensi is a fourth-degree Black Belt, the Shihan is a sixth-degree. They have won numerous awards. I've seen them go toe to toe with men who are as skilled as they are, and win.

These women also know the areas of the body that, if hit, can be deadly. They are lightning quick, so quick in their kicks and hand movements that you don't really see the blow. They can definitely take care of themselves. A woman who is highly skilled in the martial arts can kick a man's butt.

in reply to: How the word nigger has evolved #16371
This word has NOT evolved. I consider it the ugliest racial slur ever used against African-American people. It is not used in my home, and I've taught my son that it is a dirty word and not to be used. I will always be offended by this word, and the people who use it. Just a friendly warning to my fellow African-American Brothers and Sisters: When a white person yells, 'My Nigga' at you, remember, you all made it acceptable to use the word.

White women aren't 'clutching their purses' when they're bedding down with black men, so honestly, how 'scared' can they be?

Matt said: 'Or they are poorly dressed, have bad hygiene or engage in aggressive talk.'

Lie #1: Black men are poorly dressed. Black men in New York are some of the best-dressed men. From the brothers on Wall Street who wear beautifully tailored suits to the hip hop generation who wears FUBU, Sean Jean, etc., black men are almost always well dressed.

Lie #2: Unless you're talking about a homeless person, black men do not smell bad. On the contrary, not only do they smell fresh and clean, they wear good-smelling cologne and scents for men.

Lie #3: Black men are walking up to you in droves, engaging in aggressive talk. What are they saying to you that you consider aggressive? Or is it just that if a black man isn't shuffling, grinning, bowing, scraping and scratching his head and saying 'Yassuh, Boss,' then you perceive him as scary or threatening?

in reply to: Fat, how do you view me? #40564
I don't hate fate people, but what I do hate is when fat people make their personal weight problem my problem, by sitting - or should I say squeezing - next to me in a seat that is clearly too small for them, thus making my commute to and from work miserable. Every time the bus or train slows down, that fat person puts all their weight on me, which is not good for my back, or my clothes, which usually end up damp and wrinkled on the side where they sat. Other than that, I have no problem with fat people.

It is ridiculous to blame McDonald's and other fast-food places for children's obesity. Parents are responsible for what their children are eating. And I understand that the McDonald's lawsuit was thrown out. Good!

in reply to: Why threatened by independent women? #28451
African-American men suffer greatly from this insecurity. In our community, more and more African-American women are graduating from college, and parlaying that education into fine careers. Many African-American women are also experiencing the 'American Dream': they are buying their own homes. However, while African-American women are reaping the benefits of a good college education, the numbers of African-American men enrolling in college is rapidly dwindling. And for the few who attend, the majority drop out before completion. This causes some African-American men to take less than well-paying jobs; others turn to crime and end up in prison. In fact, there are more African-American men in prison than there are in college. This is why African-American men are especially intimidated by successful African-American women.

Yves, if you're not expecting anything from the woman, why even bother to ask, especially if you know that you don't want to be involved with 'that type of man'? Men like you make me laugh with your silly double standards regarding women. Now, as a woman I am personally turned off to men who have the audacity to ask for sex on the first date, as if I owe them something for dinner and a movie. I just don't want to be involved with that type of man. So before you go around passing judgement on a woman who just might be so attracted to you that she might want you, why don't you question your own morals and motives for asking for sex on a first date?

in reply to: Girls: Why do you hate Britney? #24012
I don't hate Britney...what I hate is the way the music industry hands out recording contracts to no-talent bimbos, while the REAL talented voices get no recognition. If Britney had a voice like Whitney's, or Christina's, or Pink's, or Mary J Blige, she'd be perfect. Simply and gently put...Britney cannot sing a note...a cat in heat has a better voice than Britney.

Let's be real...in this country, Black life is not nearly as valued as White life. If the shooters had been Black, White America would have had yet another reason to justify it's distain and loathing of Black people. And if the victims had attended a predominately Black school, the sadness, shock and outrage would not have been nearly as great. Take the drug epidemic during the 80's...when news correspondents were on the air, talking about the 'new' drug epidemic and how it was affecting America's teens, I had to laugh and shake my head, because they were talking about America's WHITE teens...drugs had plagued only certain Black communities, White folks did not care. But when they discovered that their 'perfect' children were coming into those drug infested communities to buy drugs, and when drugs eventually began to flood THEIR communities, there was this sudden outcry for something to be done, hence this silly 'War on Drugs'.

in reply to: Black males intimidated by me? #23450
Jake S, you said: 'By the way, the oft-quoted mantra of, 'Strong Black Woman' is interpreted by many black males as being a female with a standoffish attitude, coupled with the inablity to compromise.' Now, think about this...could it be that Black men... ...fueled by their own feelings of inadequacy and inferiority, their inability to reach the pinnacles of success that their white male counterparts have reached, their inability or lack of desire to build a strong nation of Black people, via marrying the mothers of their children and loving and raising their children (you are aware that nationally, between 65-70% of Black children are raised in single parent households), because of the ever increasing gap between EDUCATED, GAINFULLY EMPLOYED BLACK WOMEN and UNEDUCATED CHRONICALLY EMPLOYED/UNDEREMPLOYED BLACK MEN, that more and more Black women are purchasing their own homes and other properties, without the Black Man's assistance, and that while more and more Black women attend and graduate college, more and more Black men are filling our nations prisons... ...have something to do with this callous, ugly sentiment many brothas like yourself have about Black women? I ask because, I know many Black men...and the ones who are successful, who've worked hard to educate themselves and find meaningful, well paying jobs, who own their own homes, who live the American Dream, don't whine about Black women and spew negativity about us, as nearly as much as the broke and busted Black man who has nothing to show for his life. Just curious...

You made the comment that you've dated all races of women...sounds more like you've slept around with all races of women, rather than just dated. So my question to you would be, why are you sticking your penis into so many women? Seems to me that you don't care much about your sexual health (and please don't give me the b.s. about wearing condoms -- they break). The question you should be asking yourself is, why are you such a male whore?

I am one of many African-American women who have decided to 'go natural.' I have been wearing braids and have not relaxed my hair in eight months. I will continue to wear braids for another 14 months, and I will wear twists. If I really like them, I will let them 'lock.' I encourage other sisters to get on the 'natural bandwagon' - it's wonderful not to have to worry about rain, wind, humidity and fast-moving buses and trucks ruining relaxed hairdos. What a feeling of freedom I have now. I will never relax my hair again!
