By registering for and/or using YouDareToAsk.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

WARNING: ADULT CONTENT. If you use YouDareToAsk.com, you may be exposed to Adult material (language, not images) not suitable for anyone under the age of 18. Do not proceed, agree to these terms, or use this site in any way if you do not wish to be exposed to Adult material.

These terms may change at any time in the future. YouDareToAsk.com and YFORUM will endeavor to post general notices of such changes, but no individual notice of changes to Users will be provided. So check back periodically and review the Agreement below to ensure you still agree to abide by it. Unless you terminate your registration, you will be bound by any subsequent change in the terms of this User Agreement.

YouDareToAsk.com is designed to let users engage in an open exchange of information and express opinions.

Milano are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement or information posted on its forums, chat rooms, bulletin boards or elsewhere on the site. YouDareToAsk.com and Phillip J. Milano do not review unscreened postings, and cannot and DO NOT REVIEW postings made in the chat rooms or bulletin boards. You may well read any given posting before anyone on the YouDareToAsk.com staff does. Take what you find with a grain of salt. You can expect these areas to include information and opinions from a variety of individuals and organizations other than YouDareToAsk.com. We DO NOT endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any posting, regardless of whether the posting comes from a user or from a celebrity or “expert” guest. In short, there is no substitute for healthy skepticism and your own good judgment.

Responsibility for what is posted in the chat rooms, forums and other public posting areas on YouDareToAsk.com lies with each User. You alone are responsible for the material you post. Although YouDareToAsk.com cannot monitor all the postings in any chat room or bulletin boards, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete any postings that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons. We will not, in the ordinary course of business, review private electronic messages that are not addressed to YouDareToAsk.com. However, we will comply with the requirements of the law regarding disclosure of such messages to others, including law enforcement agencies.

We reserve the right to remove or ban any user for inappropriate conduct from YouDareToAsk.com. We expect that you will not use this service to violate anyone’s rights in copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property. By submitting material to us, you are representing that you are the owner of the material, or are making your submission with the explicit consent of the owner. Submitting material that is the property of another without the specific consent of its owner is not only a violation of this agreement, but may also subject you to legal liability for infringement of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights. If you are not the owner of such content, you shall be deemed to have warranted that the owner of the content has expressly granted to you a similar license.

By posting to the site, Users agree their Comments may receive editing at the sole discretion of Phillip J. Milano and any other of YouDareToAsk.com’s principals for, but not limited to, space considerations, grammar, readability and civility. Users agree that Comments posted that are pre-screened containing, but not limited to, grammatical errors, hostile or abusive language, profanity, vulgarity, assumed truths or preconceived notions, are allowed to be edited to conform to the non-confrontational standards set up by YouDareToAsk.com in its guidelines, which are clearly posted on the site. Users of YouDareToAsk.com hereby agree to these conditions by using this site or making any posting of Comments to it.

No material from YouDareToAsk.com or any Web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by YouDareToAsk.com or Phillip J. Milano may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way, without the prior written permission of YouDareToAsk.com and Phillip J. Milano, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.

Neither YouDareToAsk.com nor Phillip J. Milano, affiliates, principals or content providers make any warranties, either expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, as to the information contained in this website. Neither YouDareToAsk.com nor any of its affiliates, principals or content providers shall have any liability for the accuracy of the information, the contents of advertisements, or for any opinions, assertions or omissions contained in this website. In no event shall YouDareToAsk.com, its affiliates, principals or content providers be liable for claims or losses of any nature including, without limitation, lost profits, punitive, consequential, special or exemplary damages.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
