Hmmm...never been in a locker room shower in a gym, pool, spa, etc? I see most dudes discreetly running their soaped-up hand up their butt crack and on their family jewels to clean up down there. I do the same myself. Use a hand towel or the bar of soap? I would be concerned about the last thing the person who showered before you washed- especially if you wash your face first!

I have two acquaintances who've had male-to-female sex changes, and both are attracted sexually to women. In fact, one is in a long-term relationship with another woman. On the other hand, I have another male friend who's in hormone treatment and contemplating getting the procedure done to become a woman, and this friend is attracted to men. Being confused on the issue, I asked one of the women who had the sex change and is a lesbian what was up with that. Her answer? It's apples and oranges - two totally different situations. She was a woman trapped in a man's body, so she had the sex change. However, her sexual preference is for women. So, in short, it depends on the individual.

Picture this...you're a male sitting on a crowded beach all by yourself and another guy walks up to you and says 'Excuse me, would you mind putting some lotion on my back?' That's one of the oldest pick up lines in the book!

I'd say it means she liked the ankle bracelet and nothing else. If you are implying that it might mean she's a lesbian, I have plenty of lesbian friends - and Santa Cruz, CA, seems to be lesbian central for the West Coast - and none of them wear leather ankle bracelets.

Constructive comment? This is as constructive as it gets: Jerry Falwell is an idiot who if deprived of his pulpit would be seen as nothing but the whacko he really is. I find it an insult to every Christian's sensibility that this man continues to spew such hate from his tiny mind.

When I was in my teens, I (and most other dudes) got erections at the drop of a hat. Hormones are pumping through your body as you develop, so expect erections during a hug, slow dancing, kissing, sitting down for a while, waking up in the morning, in the shower, etc. It's all natural so don't worry about it. Embarrassing erections can be difficult to deal with, though. A couple of embarrassing situations happened to me...I once got an erection while giving a speach in a class and was wearing very tight fitting jeans. Some girls were giggling and pointing at the very obvious tent in my pants. I shoved my hands quickly in my pockets and carried on, but was beet red from embarrassment. I was made fun of for a couple of days, but did my best to ignore it. The teacher pulled me aside the next day and advised me not to wear tight fitting pants or underwear, as these not only could cause erections, but make them more noticeable. In ninth grade when I was on the swim team, I got an erection in the showers after swim practice. I did my best to hide it. Again, red as a beet- standing naked in the corner, covering my crotch hoping that it would subside. Then I noticed the kid in the shower next to me discretely checking my erection out and getting hard also. We nervously talked, waiting for the other guys to leave the shower room then quickly grabbed towels and covered ourselves up as best we could- but someone noticed and rumors spread that we were gay. I ignored the teasing, but it was hard to deal with for a couple weeks after...

I am an openly gay male who was introduced to the world of 'watersports' about two years ago. Previous to my first experience I too thought it was just sick and twisted. I was renting an apartment at the time and decided to let another gay friend share the apartment with me as I had recently lost my job and needed the money. One evening we were watching a porn flick that my roommate had rented that had a scene with a guy peeing in another guy's mouth. We got to talking about it and my roommate said he had always been curious about it and wondered if I would like to try it. I hesitated for a couple of days, then agreed to give it a try. Both of us spent the afternoon pounding down as much water as we could drink- I think we both managed a little over a gallon. We held off urinating as long as possible, then when we could no longer stand the pressure, we both stripped down to our underwear then went and stood in the shower. We started by wetting ourselves in our underwear. Surprisingly, we were both very turned on by the warmth of the urine flooding our underwear and running down our legs. (We continued to drink more water as we experimented). We then urinated on each other's bodies- again the warmth of the fluid running over our bodies was amazing. Our next step was to urinate in each other's mouths. We had drank enough water to make our urine very clear, making the taste very mellow with a slight tang. I took his penis fully into my mouth and he let loose. I let most flow down my chin, swallowing probably half his flow then continued to suck him until he ejaculated in my mouth. He did the same for me. The sexual gratification along with the 'thrill factor' of doing something so taboo was amazing and we continue to enjoy our fetish to this day.

Being gay meyself, having many friends who are gay and living in a community with a large gay population, I can honestly say that VERY few gay men act 'feminine'. If you were in a crowded room with most of my gay friends and did not know that they were gay, there would be absolutely no way you could even tell that they were gay. Okay, a few of us like to 'camp it up' a bit sometimes- but not 24/7. True, there are some real queens out there that tend to stand out because of their actions- and those actions make them immediately identifiable as gay- thus probably your reaction that ALL gay men are that way. We're not, babe. On the lesbian side, though I am CONSTANTLY amazed at the number of women who dress and act like men- even going as far as attempting to grow facial hair, getting clearly masculine haircuts, driving the big 4-wheel drive pickup, etc. One evening while out clubbing I found myself really attracted to a really cute, young 'guy'. I was flirting with him, having a really good time, when 'he' grabbed my hand, placed it on 'his' crotch, laughed and said 'ain't nothin' there to interest you- I'm 100% butch lesbian.' This girl even had a good mustache going!

For men, they are used to stimulate the prostate gland, giving a VERY intense orgasm. For women, you'll have to wait for a female to reply. Since there's no prostate gland to stimulate, I have no idea why a woman would insert them in her anus. Now the vagina's another matter!

Look who controls these networks and where the shows originate from. CBN in particular - owned and operated by Pat Robertson straight out of the Bible Belt - where big hair and tons of makeup seem to never go out of style. They are targeting an audience (using very sophisticated marketing research) in order to garnish the most money possible. That target seems to be (and I hate to use this phrase) 'trailer park trash.' Then look at the Sunday morning fare on regular network TV - shows such as 'Hour of Power' with Robert Schuller. This is from a mainstream church with modern, somewhat liberal beliefs. The high hair and tons of makeup are not there. Their target audience isn't selected for generating the big money, rather getting the word of Christianity across to the masses. In so many words, CBN and their ilk are out to get money from an audience that studies have shown are most likely to send them money because they see some sort of 'kinship' with these broadcasters. They further push that 'kinship' with a certain style and gaudiness that their audience appreciates. It ain't the message they are worrying about - it's getting the money, which translates into influencing politicians to further push their addendum for the rest of us 'lost souls.'

A considerate partner will relieve him/herself and clean the rectal area before anal penetration to prevent any possible contact with excrement, but shit happens (had to say it - sorry!), as it is not always possible to totally rid one's bowels of all traces. Hopefully, however, the giver will be wearing a condom to prevent this from happening in the first place.

There could be a couple of reasons. A 'bottom' (or socket as you say) could prefer stimulation of the prostate gland over stimulation of the penis to achieve orgasm. Or it could be a matter of size: the bottom's penis may be too small to stimulate another's prostate, or too big for comfortable, pain-free penetration of the anus. Most gay couples I know tend to go either way. I only have one friend who is solely bottom, because he has only a three-inch erection and can achieve a better orgasm through stimulation of his prostate.

There's a gay bar in the town I live in that has a predominantly lesbian crowd. We took a straight female friend in there with us one night - her dress style is more hippie-chick than anything else - and a group of lesbians actually chided her for looking 'too fem.' She told them she wasn't a lesbian and to kindly mind their own business, after which we left. The next time we were in there I asked a lesbian friend what's with the lesbian 'uniform' (short, cropped hair, white men's t, no bra, flannel shirt left open and either loose-fitting jeans or chinos and black riding boots). Her explanation was that is was the 'pink triangle' of the new millennium. I don't know if I buy that, though. I see it as pack or gang mentality.

Forty years ago the majority would have added 'of the same race' to your definition of marriage. Before that 'of the same religion' could have been added... Get the picture? Morality is not fixed in stone, nor is the 'common' morality always right and just. Common morality used to say that it was not only okay, but just to believe that one race was somehow superior to another. Common morality put many homosexuals into mental institutions just because they were homosexual. Is there some sort of great danger or menace to society in general by allowing gays to marry? If there is, please be so kind as to point it out to the world. And, marriage by its nature does not produce offspring. Sex or artificial insemination do. As far as gay relationships being not stable- the average STRAIGHT marriage lasts about 3-5 years. Where is the stability there?

In a word, because the Bible tells them so. Just read Justice Scalia's argument against the recent decision reversing the sodomy laws - it stinks of the so-called 'Christian' agenda against anything gay (and he had the nerve to state that he has nothing against homosexuals after writing that argument). Where is the justice in saying that 'I can do something that you can't just because I'm heterosexual and you're not." I live for the day when this country realizes that the main reason the founding fathers conceived this nation was to escape religious persecution. This is not a Christian nation but rather a nation for all religious persuasions.
