I think that when you are attracted to people who have the same type of body that you do, it evokes a fascination with your own body - something that everyone, regardless of sexual orientation, needs to have - we all need to love our own bodies. But when you find yourself sexually attracted to people who share your physical characteristics, you come to the realization that you, too, are sexually attractive. Some respond to this realization by wanting to show it off and share their joy with the rest of the world.

I challenge you to find me scientific/neurological proof of homosexuality being a mental illness. If you consider homosexuality a mental illness, where does that leave bisexuality? In limbo, almost mentally ill but not quite over the edge yet?

I believe you are referring particularly to male homosexuals and bisexuals, since you add the notation 'not attracted to women.' However, each term has a definition that stretches across the gender lines; homosexual is a person who is attracted to their own sex, while bisexual is a person who is attracted to both sexes (hey, it increases your chance for a date on a Friday night!). As far as the cross-dressing vs. Mr. Universe goes: that has little to do with sexuality. It's a matter of personal preference - just like you probably have heterosexual friends who prefer wearing khakis and others who prefer jeans. Some work out, some paint. Some bowl, others do not.

Someone's comment that white women are 'freaknasties' in bed is extremely thought-provoking and deserves attention concerning how culture has evolved. Historically, male slave owners have always gravitated toward the beautiful black women slaves for more excitement in bed. Thier wives ascribed to the Puritan mentality of sexuality - for reproduction only. So, now, perhaps, black American culture is beginning to steer black women toward Puritanism, while white culture is pushing white women to break the long held chains of history that have restrained their sexual enjoyment.
