My mother used to say 'I was an old man' before I was 15 years old. I was just more serious than most. By 18 she entrusted financial matters, etc to me. Nothing wrong with that. Just keep your head on straight, learn what you can, and know that one day your peers will catch up with you. And in the meantime you'll find that your peers often look up to you because you're so responsible (even if they hate to admit it).

Honey, check the internet. You'll see there are hundreds if not thousands of people who videotape themselves (not to mention a famous Hilton). And many even trade their videos. I guess they get bored seeing themselves too often. And it's also why cheap and sleazy hotel rooms have mirrored walls and ceilings - it's not for the application of makeup before you get out of bed.

Basically it's a way of showing they have money to spend on these things (even if they have to miss a few bills) that other people find desirable. Now, why they find them desirable I have no idea.

Too many reasons... most forgotten to history....basically in recent history it boils down to Israel. Israel was created in 1947 as a land for jews. Unfortunately the land had to be taken from someone (despite the fact that many people already living in that area were Jewish, it wasn't all Jews so some land was confiscated.) After that they successfully fought Muslim nations in 1967 (Yom Kippur war) and on and on and on.....

This is a hard one to explain. The idea often originates in people who assume all kids given up for adoption are 'unwanted'. And thus must be 'tainted' otherwise a birth mother would have kept the child. As you know this simply isn't true. They are wanted by someone, their adopted mother. The other reason it could be considered 'embarassing' is that it may be that someone is adopted because the adoptive parents are infertile. Know that they are wrong and do all you can do to reverse your professors ideas.

Basically no matter how offensive these jokes may be to you. To someone from a previous era it is familiar territory. Familiar territory doesn't have the problems of not knowing where everything is headed. It's like blonde jokes...You always know the punchline ahead of time. To them there is little difference.

Well I've discussed this recently with my lesbian neighbors and was shocked to learn they both enjoyed watching gay sex. Not because they liked the anatomy involved but because the people seemed so much more into the 'parts' they were playing. Basically two people who found male anatomy 'unappetizing' got into it because the characters in the porn seemed to enjoy themselves instead of faking it. Could that be what's happening to you?

Southerners are evil, Blacks in the city are often drug dealers, mexicans are illegal aliens, native americans are spiritual and the stereotypes go on and on. It's not to say the stereotypes don't hold in many instances. They often do, that's why they exist, because people can always point to someone as an example....And as far as the movies are concerned think about this. If you have a stereotype people can instantly identify then you don't have to worry about silly things like character development or plot. The plot writes itself. And you can crank these movies out in productionline fashion....and you make a mint...
