Kids have shorter legs than their parents- maybe they find if hard to keep up with their on-the-go parents, which would create a tiring and stressful situation for everyone. That's my best guess.. but they should be walking, for the exercise if nothing else.

Many, many women have some hair around the nipples. It's OK to pluck them out with tweezers if you like, but usually hurts more than plucking eyebrows because nipples are such a sensitive area.

I believe Bosnian-American immigrants generally take their shoes off before entering as well.

Always wait for them to finish. I learned that in a disabilities awareness class.

I think it would have something to do with a larger percentage of the population being black in those parts of the country. It's easy to get in with a CNA, etc. but to move up and go to nursing school to get a degree is very rigorous.

Only recently did we begin celebrating ethnicities and cultural history other than the Caucasian race. Up until about 50 years ago we celebrated whiteness by prohibiting black actors to be nominated for awards and having a lack of minority characters on TV shows. Even now most are still white. Young black children today identify white dolls as being preferable to black dolls. We're still very much a racist society. I also think there is a cultural aspect to it that whites don't seem to have. Maybe something to do with being a minority? Maybe the BET awards will peeter out in a few generations when (hopefully) everyone is on a more level playing field.

I think women generally wait until others aren't around or head for the bathroom. If that won't work, just try to make them 'quiet.' It's not socially acceptable for women like it is for men to burp, pass gas, or spit.

After a mother gives birth, her body automatically produces milk and will continue to do so as long as the baby nurses. You will not lactate until after pregnancy, but a boyfriend could taste that milk if he sucks after a baby was born.

It seems like a stressful and underappreciated job, with long hours. I know that the 'health promotion and education' field is attractive to many (such as myself) because it focuses on prevention and early screening of diseases rather than on treatment. There's a million different directions to go in health promotion and seems like there's a lot of opportunities for new grads to 'change the world.' -- exactly what idealistic grads want to do.

Sure, I have noticed that about my own jeans too. With men though,There is some doubt sometimes about whether it is only the zipper or arousal.. I prefer to assume it's just just the zipper.
