There’s a good chance your downstairs neighbors are the Indian equivalent of trailer garbage. I’ve had rude, noisy, loud, inconsiderate, neighbors who were American, Mexican, Puerto Rican, Russian, Hmong, white, black, and/or brown. The only common denominator among them was socio-economic class. Trailer garbage, wherever they may originally hail from, don’t care about much beyond their own immediate gratification, and don’t care in the slightest about basic neighborly behavior or common courtesy/decency, unless it is they themselves who are being affected by the lack of it, in which case they raise hell.
