It has to do with choice. Black women typically have larger rounder butts because going naked as much of black Africa did men chose women with larger buttocks for various reasons. On the other hand women chose men with larger penises hence the larger black penis. Whites lived in very much colder areas. Clothes were required often year around. You are exactly right it is to be considerate to the driver and not inconvience the other person. The fact is white males are more considerate than any other people. You say you just started work with this company. It is typical that new hires need to be trained in doing things in a companies 'ways' if you buck their system they will feel maybe they can't trust you as much as someone working within their system. There are a lot of reasons for why things are a certian way in any organization don't assume your color has anything to do with it.
