AnnParticipantAlthough I can achieve orgasm through masturbation, I have never achieved it during intercourse. I have always wanted to. Are there many women who’ve never orgasmed during intercourse?

MelissaParticipantI have only had an orgasm during intercourse if I or my husband provides constant clitoral stimulation during the act. A LOT of women can’t during intercoures itself.

Dawn25937ParticipantI am like you; I have never had an orgasm from intercourse. I always assumed it was because I wasn’t built in a way that my clitoris was sufficiently stimulated during intercourse. I hear that other women do have viginal orgasms, though, and I have often wondered how they were able to.

RhondaMemberIf I am really turned on and in the mood I have multiple orgams(anywhere from 3and up. Without an orgasm, how is it that sex is pleasurable?

MLParticipantI’ll speak from personal experience as well as informal ‘research’ that I’ve conducted ( my friends and I have talked about this many a time, often fueled by a few drinks!). It is totally normal not to orgasm from intercourse alone, it has been said that anywhere from 50-70% of women don’t. Most women need a little more stimulation of the clitoris to orgasm. Try asking your partner to stimulate you in different areas and see if that helps. The best advice I can give you is to relax, as I’ve found that stressing about achieving an orgasm almost always leads to not having one. Take your time, make sure you’re in a comfortable and sensual environment, and focus on the sensations rather than the end goal. If you have a partner willing to take their time and experiment a little with what feels good to you, I’m sure you’ll get there eventually. GOOD LUCK! : )

Jan20924ParticipantI have never reached orgasm during intercourse. I am told that is normal for most women. If there is a way to make sure that I can have an orgasm during intercourse I would sure like to know what it is. I have heard that there is a way.

Cynthia31782ParticipantIt took me a while to be able to orgasm during intercourse, but it certainly happens. Don’t be too shy to touch yourself during intercourse!

Keith V.MemberWhat sort of a partners have you been encountering? Thats my major accomplishment in a sexual relationship. Is to find a way which ever way for the opposite sex (female) of course to get her orgasm. So in the future, maybe your partner needs to know. that Is a beautiful and fullfilling feeling to hear that person getting ready to approach that climatic extacy. You are really missing life great sexual joy. Check out that movie Down and out in Beverly Hills with Nick Nolte. Work that thing together. My Sister.

flaskParticipantAs a guy, I might be a little dilusional in this, but I would have to say absolutely. But, I can see where many women have trouble. Three things help: 1) A guy (or girl) that knows how to use his/her hands. 2) KY Lubricant, available at any drug store 3) Foreplay

DBKParticipantI’ve polled a lot of my female friends about this over the years. I don’t think many of us do orgasm during intercourse. Sadly enough, I even know of a couple women who have never had an orgasm at all!

MFParticipantI started having sex recently and have found that I can orgasm, but it doesn’t come with just intercourse. Try having your partner rub (or whatever gets you off) your clit. That’s what works for me. Also foreplay is extreamly helpful for getting me to climax once we start having sex. If I’m not exited before hand it won’t happen during. And just so you know I recently read a statistic that said around 75% or women cannot achieve an orgasm through intercourse alone.

WilldramaMemberMy wife said that she had never had an orgasm during sex, but then one day about 7 years ago, it just happened. I’ve tried to duplicate the position (Her Legs closed and lots of grinding), but it hasn’t happened since.
