How can you, a fellow Michigander, say this? I know Caro is not exactly the boonies so you should have some idea what is going on. Just the Detroit area alone has raised several million dollars to send to help. I have three friends who have gone to help restore power. I know several others who have offered and were denied. I don't think there were very many Michiganders who didn't care. But as with all things the American public forgets very quickly and as soon as there is a new subject on the news the old one is gone.

You have to do something about this. that is forsure. i have never known why women get with these guys and stay but as you say you are traped. You need some friends you can turn to that will protect you. a few years ago i had a friend who was in the same type of situation her husband threw her through a wall.. so my friend and i wen and threw him through a wall. and kick his ass, then took her away. The police can help but they cant be there at all times you need someone who can watch out for you when the cops cant be around. but definetaly report it. and again Im very sorry to hear of your problem. i wish i could help i hate abusive men they make us all look bad.
