I agree with you. Okay, going by the story:one kid killed the other, so now there's only 3 people. Where did the rest of the human race come from? Interbreeding? Where did the other races come from? I've been told that there was a group of people on the other side of the hill, and the son of Eve and Adam married one of them. HUH? Isn't that convenient? I thought Eve and Adam were the only people. That still doesn't explain the other races. Then further down the line everyone in the world was killed except Noah, Mrs. Noah, their 2 kids and their wives. Again with the interbreeding and the question of the races. These are holes the size of the Grand Canyon. I'm supposed to believe this?

I was told that the rocks are used because they're more permanent than flowers. Makes sense to me. And not as ugly as plastic flowers.

...of course it depends on who's saying it. If it's someone I don't know, I'll say 'same to you' cause I'm not going to stop a stranger and explain that I don't believe the same way they do. But someone I know well, will know I'm not a Christian, and therefore will say it with understanding. I once told someone I didn't do Christmas because I'm not a Christian, and she replied, 'That has nothing to do with it.' HUH? As I've gotten older, it doesn't bother me as much. Once upon a time I considered wearing a button that said, 'How dare you assume I'm a Christian!'

I had a co-worker who would continually tell me about how her husband physically and emotionally abused her. One day I told her, 'Sherry, until you help yourself, I don't want to hear it!' The next day she sought out a shelter and left the a**hole. To make a long story short, I guess you'll have to resort to tough love. I know you probably don't want to hurt him, but essentially you're being an enabler. And no one can use someone without their permission.

I didn't say Noah was Caucasian. But the bible takes place in the area of Israel, Mesopotamia, Turkey, etc. Okay, to respond to your question, if Noah was of Negroid heritage, where did the Caucasian people come from? That wasn't my point at all.

Mostly because the non-feminine ones usually dress for comfort rather than what society/men have deemed acceptable for them to wear. If you look around, the majority of straight women who have long hair are young. When they get older and care more about comfort than attracting men, they cut it short. I consider high heels masochistic and don't think women would wear them if not for men. If I didn't have to wear a bra in public, I wouldn't. I don't like the way I look or feel without one as I'm well-endowed.

I have found that the more rabid Christians have no sense of humor. Are bad hairstyles a requirement for Southern Babtists? No, I didn't mis-spell Baptist - that's how 99 percent of them say it.
