    Good ol' fashioned soap and a washcloth. I repeat about 5 times during a shower. Also the same in the front. Sometimes I shave the small hairs in the crack with a disposible razor so odors won't 'cling' onto them. I know, TMI, but you wanted to know

    I had my first kid (out of 3) at 19 and was far from loose (I've been told). Now almost 8 years later, to me it feels the same and my husband tells me it feels pretty much the same. After having kids, it goes back to it's original size, more or less.
