'God is dead' - Nietzsche, Friedrich The god concept will never be outdated as long as the masses remain in a subserviant fixture. God is only neccessary to those weak-willed souls who lack the strength of independance. As long as you consider God as something above you, you will never truely be free.

Firearms often carry a negative conotation, especially with the recent shootings. However, I use firearms, not as something militant, but as a test of skill. My general dexterity and aptitude for mechanical objects have increased as a result of my use of firearms. There were no real conditions that led me to use them, other than a simple desire to go to a firing range and practice my aim.

It has been proven by psychologists, at least to a certain extent, that people follow direction in different manners. The intelligent way of locating a specific address often depends on the person. I find it easier to use all the methods and resources at my disposal. In your case, if you did not understand their instructions, you should simply ask them to clarify it in a different manner.

The Church is a big thing in a lot of countries. Canada is a prime example. There is an over-whelmingly Christian influence in Canadian laws and cultural practices. Germany is also very religious. In Germany, from my knowledge, the Christian party has even been elected. Other forms of religious orthodoxy can be found in many locations around the world.

Etiquette is an over-stylized concept and practice. That is not to say that everyone should go around acting belligerent. All that is meant by the statement is that people have created meaningless rituals for everyday interactions. Not saying 'excuse me' or 'sorry' when in the context of a busy situation is by far the least of my concerns. I mgiht be worried if people were pushing and shoving on purpose, but I believe that in most situations that is not the case. Lastly, unless you are in some backward community, the difference in the level of etiquette between races or different ethnic groups will not be significant.

You are making an assumption that people cannot see the other point of view made by an individual of a different culture than their own. If it is, however perceived to be the case, it is possible that the individual does see the other point of view but simply refuses to verbally acknowledge it.
