I don’t think Aboriginals have a lower intolerance to alcohol. Many aboriginal communities are isolated and services such as a local GP, youth or communty education isn’t available to them. In these isolated towns there is basically nothing to do and a solution is drinking amongst other things.

Jesus is our savior and Mary is his mother; she was chosen by God to give birth to Jesus and raise him well, which Mary and Joseph did. God chose her and we choose to pray and ask for guidence from her. Also, most Catholics use the Bible as reference – most things in there are stories and nothing more.

And there are many other dialects. I speak Castilian and find Catalan very hard to understand. Many of my friends are South American, and when we speak in Spanish, I find them very hard to understand and they are always having to repeat themselves. Mexican is the easiest to understand. I don’t think South Americans are butchering Spanish, but I find it irritating when South Americans refer to themselves as ‘Spanish’. Or when I say I’m Spanish, many people ask me, ‘Ohh, so what country,’ or ‘Where in South America?’

Especially in Barcelona and Ibiza groups of Drunk English men sit on the beach or Bars and abuse the other people. Also many bars and resturants have been turned into British pubs. When i was holidaying in Ibiza, I was in the airport and overheard British tourists complaining about everything. I asked a woman who works there and she says it happens every flight and most of them are ungreatful and treat the staff very badly. While i was there I was walking past a bar to go to the beach and a group of young english men yelled obsene comments and pinched me on the butt, well they were very suprised by the fact that i turned around and yelled at them in English for being such pigs.

When I was little and living in Spain, we lived on the U.S. Air Force base, and I would leave my toys in the yard and so would all the other people living there. Things would always get stolen by the gypsies who lives on the vacant lot down the road – even our BBQ. I was in Spain in 2003 and everywhere you went you were harrassed by gypsies trying to sell you things. In a bar one day we didn’t want to buy a lighter from this gypsy woman and she stood there for about 10 minutes yelling and cussing at us. Three gypsies where caught in the time I was there for murdering people at bus stops for money. So if gypsies’ reputation in Spain isn’t very good, these are some of the reasons.

If you come to Australia, especially Sydney or Melbourne, you will find a worlds class city with a cosmopolitian life style. Even country towns don’t have fights in pubs. All pubs have satilite TV to show boxing and not have brawls in the bar
