Feminist nonsense aside, there are real and significant differences between males and females. For some reason, it’s become politically incorrect to discuss these scientifically demonstrated facts – as if this somehow changes reality. Toy companies are in business to make money, and spend a great deal on market research. They are not creating, perpetrating, or reinforcing some evil Patriarchial conspiracy on women (or little girls).

The same reasons straight men might want to be Mr. Universe or straight women might want to be Miss Universe.

Historically women have sought to improve themselves socially (=economically) by ‘marrying up’. Men improved themselves by their own efforts, and had no adversion to ‘marrying down’ for what they thought was love. Notwithstanding gender equality, most independent women will not share income or assets ‘for love’ as men are still expected to. Most women don’t accept that equal rights might mean equal responsibilities.

Men tell a lot of little lies, like: ‘No, that dress doesn’t make you look fat’. While women may tell fewer, they tell the whoppers, like: ‘Sure, the baby is yours’.
