DonnaParticipantThe 'fad' is rooted in the urban, gang, drug community. The wearing of long, loose, baggy clothing is used as a means to hide items inside clothing. It is unfortunate that this 'fad' has crossed over into the mainstream. Unfortunate in that black males are constantly complaining about being unfairly picked on by people in authority. DonnaParticipantThis issue crosses over racial lines. I have gone to movie theaters in both white and black neighborhoods and it occurs in both. The only connection that I have noticed on this issue is age not race. It tends to happen when at a theater where there are a lot of young people.User Detail :
