i would like to know how you judge this 98 percent of people to be white. by voice, dialect, what? if so, you are perpetuating cycles of stereotypes against whites as sounding a certain way and blacks sounding another and asians …. personally, i have worked with gathering voiced problems with circumstances in my school and found the ones whom ‘complain’ the most are the ones who care about quality. if we didn’t voice our opinions or complaints about products or conditions, they would never reach higher standards on which to be held. it sounds like the problem lies in your job selection, if ya’ don’t like it, find a new one.

Where are you from? Talk about stereotypes! There are many people, who grow up in harsh environments. To say that all whites have grown up with the best of everything is grossly incorrect. I have worked for everything I have and I believe, have earned the right to complain when I need to. I resent the fact that you say whites are the reason for anyones lack of self confidence. We all make our own decisions and no one person or group can make you do anything you dont want. It basically boils down to blaming yourself for your own faults and working to change them.
