well what sort of test should we create? who has the lowest IQ. the test are given in the world society ,so therefor most IQ test represent the basic overall knowledge of the general world population, anyone else without the rudimentary skills to even be tested would not be in the first place, give up the drivel about different societies, the basic world mind leans toward a western civilation way of thought anyhow
