I dont see how people (young or old) can use it. The only way to get rid of it, is for african americans, as well as black people or people of direct african desent say that we will not call ourselves or anyone by this word. It can only be exterminated if Rap Stars, or whoever say that they will not use that word in their musik anymore because it offends others.
