Hi Jason, You must remember that the Philippines (named after King Philip (Rey Felipe) of Spain) was under the control of Spain for more than 400 years. Hence, that explains the extensive Spanish influence on the country by way of customs, clothing, language, spelling, words, and even names of the natives. So to answer your question, Philippines is the English word for Filipinas-(Spanish then), (now changed to Pilipinas-(Tagalog)). This applies also to the word Filipino. I hope this helps to enlighten you. Wally

Hi Rafael, Your attraction to young teen girls, I think, is natural and common. Like being attracted to a woman’s beautiful face, or an oil painting, or a well-planned house. That’s very normal. But until there only. So long as you don’t touch or grab young teen girls, or plant an unwelcomed kiss on a pretty woman, or steal an oil painting, or vandalize a house, YOU ARE OK. The moment you misbehave or do something illegal, then you commit a crime. Then the police and media will brand you a ‘pedophile’ – one who victimizes young teen girls. I hope this helps to enlighten you on your question. Wally
