I think you are being more noticeable of black women with attitudes because of your own prejudices towards them (whether recognized or not). Yes, there are some 'loud' black women, but there are 'loud' women in other races too. The only difference is that when someone is black society automatically zeroes in on them more. It is all about perception. As far as your black male friends, they may have some issues with black women in general. I do agree that black women are very strong, and won't be as 'submissive' as other groups, and some men are intimidated by this. And there are some black men who want to use the 'bad attitude black woman' as an excuse on why they want to seek romance/ companionship with other races of women. They have a perception problem as well as you.
