First , the Chinese are not the reason the world population of tigers and whales is depleted. We are all to blame, and I could make a list of countries that have helped in this, and the United States would be pretty high. Most of China is poor, so the people can not afford the pills that we in the West have to cure impotence. So they do what many poor people do worldwide: make their own. China is an old country with old habits. Things are changing in the large cities, but as you move out from the city, you will see that life has not changed for years.

I don't find it painful, but maybe my grandparents did. I don't because I do not run into as much outright hate as my grandparents and parents did. I think of them being told they were lower than whites - having it pushed in their faces would make it painful. Being put down based on something you cannot change: your skin color. It would also hurt to see that no matter how well you raise your child, they will never do as well in life as a white child raised the same way.

As a Black woman I can say that I have also meet some Black women who I would class as rude. But you have this in all races, in all parts of the world. I would not say that most are. In fact most are normal people. The reason your Black male friends say this is maybe they are meeting these type more often depending on the setting such as in inner city(ghettos). If this is true then anybody would be more hard on the outside in order to get what they want/need out of somebody. You see this with poor Whites also. It really depends on where your friends meet these women.

The reason you see is because it shows how much you loved that person and hurt by their death. The louder the cry the more love you had for that person. In East Europe and Eypyt some people are paid mourners. They show up and cry real loud and wail. The more people doing it, the more they were loved and missed.
