I know what you mean. How about something where the boobs are real and there are no tattoos and you don't have to be a gymnast to simulate the action? Maybe you should try some old porn flicks from the seventies. There are some movies that totally dispense with plot and are just hour-long clips of sex scenes. There's usually enough variety to find something of interest

I go for the triangle look, and I agree with those who equate a bare patch with kiddie porn. That would just be a complete turnoff for me.

Where in the world did you get your education, Berkley? Most Americans (particualrly those of that generation, believed and still do that the attaks were justified, particularly in light of the horrendous losses in Okinawa, the Japanese fighting till the last man, and the Okinawans jumping off cliffs when their island was lost. Estimates of American casualties approached one million men and the Japanese losses would have been much higher. As for the brainwashing, I would say that the Japanese were more guilty of that than Americans.

This should be a lesson to those who attack the United States, like at Pearl Harbor or the World Trade Center: we didn't start these wars, but indeed we finished them. The United States is slow to anger, but we can be brutal in waging total war. Do you think Hitler would have hesitated to use the bomb if he had it? Or Tojo? We had it, we used it and saved the lives of millions of Japanese civilians and U.S. soldiers by not having to invade Japan (which we would have done). The losses at Okinawa and Saipan and Iwo Jima fortold fanatical resistance, but we were out for unconditional surrender, and got it.

By the way, more people died in the conventional firebombing of Tokyo than perished in the atomic attacks. Bin Laden and the Arabs, like the Japanese, made a fatal mistake by underestimating the resolve of the United States.

America comes from (pardon the spellng) Amerigo Vespuci an early Italian map maker, evidently one of the first to place the 'New world' on maps. And South America IS a different continent from North America. Just like you can walk from Asia to Europe but they are considered different continents.

This is an interesting response. Evidently for Catholics, salvation can be lost (through sin, murder, for example) but under thePentecostals, sins such as murder or blackmail or stealing or fornicating would be OK since they have gotten saved already. This explains a lot to me about the behavior of some of my more religious associates.

Yes, you are too sensitive. I remember buying a book that was a World War II novel but with a gay theme. It wasn't for me, and I am not a homophobe. But it would be dishonest to say I didn't like it for any other reason, like the battle scenes were not realistic enough. That sort of sensitivity stifles true open discussion.

I don't know why homosexuality sets so many people off, but the bible also condems 'fornication' and 'Adultery' in the same terms so I suppose we ought to be raging against all those single Christian mothers and Christians on their second and third marriages as well.

In my family we always say "There's nothing like a convert" because they never miss Mass, even on obscure holy days. In other words, they usually end up being better practicing Catholics than those of us born into it. After all, they made a choice, and were not just born into it. As to not being able to stay for the Eucharist, I'm with you. It seems rude to made the catachists leave, but as a priest told me, it is like having a guest for dinner and not letting them eat. My attitude is that if I invite you for dinner and you are allergic to say, bread and wine, then I'm not going to make you sit outside until the rest of us finish. Search around to find a priest who will accommodate you. It can be done.

Sadly, black-on-black killings are so pervasive they hardly merit mention in the news. If they kill a white person, that merits more attention. Blacks are less than 15 percent of the population and yet make up half of the prison population, and a huge percentage of black young males are either locked up or on probation.

One of the top three causes of death for black males is by gunshot. Not so for white males. The reason a school shooting or a postal shooting gets the attention is that it is so uncommon. In other words, it's news. Blacks killing blacks in the inner city over crack cocaine is old hat, and sadly, I think people tend to think that most of these guys wouldn't be getting killed if they were not in gangs, anyway. Innocent bystanders getting shot in these driveby's is still news. Drugs and gangs have devastated the black community, and I don't understand why they don't do more to stop it.
