I think that’s a bit of a generalization to say the least. The fact is, they don’t. At least not healthy, well adjusted women. But as with anything, there will be exceptions to this but while we all know of examples, it’d be incorrect to use them as a general rule. People are complex generally, and women are the most complex of all.

Opponents of gay marriage have a wide range of complaints. Which while I respect and understand, feel should not be allowed to hold the rest of us back in the 15th Century. In general these vary from a strict religious belief arising from the Bible’s objection to homosexuality in general. Others have no problem with gay marriage beyond the use of the word ‘marriage’ which they believe legally defines a union between a man or a woman.

Science explains this fairly well, even if full understanding of it has not come to light as yet. All babies start life as a female, which is why men have nipples. And the easiest and clearest way to explain thy I can think of is that say it takes 10 units of testosterone (the male sex hormone) to develop the foetus into a male child. If testosterone production in the womb is not I these levels you can find that a baby is born with a male body but a female brain or vice versa. Of course it is. It really quite that black and white. Not all gay men are equally effeminate for example. But in summary it’s down to fluctuations in the production of certain sex and development hormones during gestation which suggests being gay or lesbian is perfectly natural. Interestingly, for reasons I dot believe have yet been established, female siblings of gay men tend to be more fertile.

I wouldn’t take this one instance and pin your whole sexual identity to it. While it is possible, you may just be bi sexual. Or perhaps you’d only get such a physical reaction to his friend alone. I’d see it as harmless and healthy experimentation. The 21st century is much more open to women exploring all sides of their sexuality, if perhaps you would like to engage sexually with your friend again then just be aware of possible emotional fallout but otherwise have fun. As I understand it, your reactions were perfectly natural and harmless. Long term, only you will know what’s in your heart. Take care and I hope this helped.
