Since women around that age often reach or have already reached puberty, then I don’t suppose it can be called pedophilia. Children and teenagers have very different appearances – both bodily and facial – and it’s only pedophilia if you’re attracted to the former. Then again, I’m not an expert. Don’t put your full confidence in my answer.
