I think that the asian women appeal strongly to most western men because they are the farthest removed from us. coupled with the fact that the asians seem to have a proclivity for procreation…what’s not to like?

I prefer petite females personally. Black girls like Jada Pinkett are rare for black women. It is much easier to find a girl under 5’4′, under 110 pounds, small hands and feet, with delicate facial features among asians. I prefer small breasts. Slanted, cat-like eyes are sexy to me as well. Long hair is nice but even when Bai Ling shaved her head, she was sexy to me. I have liked asian females since I watched kung fu movies on tv as a little kid. When I went to college, I met a Japanese exchange student, from then on, I dated mostly japanese girls. I like their style of dress and feminine attitudes. I find asian americans to be very different than asians overseas and prefer the overseas types. I like a woman who chooses high heels over sneakers, skirts over pants and has a small pretty face. Skin color often isn’t a great factor but I tend to prefer tan skin if not brown like southeast asians over a very pale person. I love to watch them as they go about the daily chores without apparent haste, yet get more done than most others whom fly about their tasks. They have a grace and charm not found in my part of the world anymore. Even when they are wrinkled and aged, I still see them as beautiful in a way. But then I am a romantic and tend to find beauty in most everything I see, hear, feel, taste and imagine. you should be happy with your appearance and remember that round eyes tend to find your faces almost ‘angelic’. I think that the first response is right on–the major aspect of the ‘attraction’ is the ‘exotic’ aspect. I was amazed and sort of amused by the number of women in Korea who have surgery to create an eyelid fold to imitate other races. I can tell you that your average Caucasian or Black person is not going to notice one bit if you have or don’t have an eyelid fold. Depending on what your nationality is, there are certain things that I find more or less attractive about Asian women… Love the shiney dark, straight hair you see with a lot of Korean and Chinese girls, the different eyeshape, the perfect skin. Also, the girlish sort of slenderness is also very attractive to some foreigners. (Of course, I am talking in generalizations…) On the other hand, I think that Filipinas (some of whom identify as asian), who tend to be a little-to-considerably rounder and curvier, to the point of being plump, and tend to have much stronger facial features, are also sexy. It really, really varies according to the ‘foreigner’ and what experiences they’ve had with Asian women. I think the most interesting thing is that many of the features that Korean and Filipina girlfriends of mine have considered really important don’t generally matter to foreigners, for example, eyelid folds, pale skin, bigger-or-smaller breasts, lighter colored hair, and the like. We look for the same things in Asian girls as in our ‘own’ girls–nice skin, nice teeth, well-proportioned figure, sweet smiles, and their own sense of style.

Foreign-born women from Asia (and also India, Russia, South America) tend to be more stereotypically ‘feminine’ to American men. In general they seem to like a stronger man. Physically, the straight black hair, the shape of the face and eyes, and the texture of the skin are things noticed. The endoderm of Asian and black skin has denser muscles so the skin appears softer and smoother — and wrinkles much later. Men who prefer black or dark brown hair tend to like Asian (and Indian) women because of that.

The truth is that we are all into different things usually. There is no standard. I personally like the tighter slantier asian eyes (read Lucy Lieu), but I have friends that like the rounder asian eyes. One thing we all agree on is that we like smooth asian skin. The reason I believe it to be different for all of us, is that asian women are not portrayed in the media as much as black and white women, so it is harder to tell. As children, we are all told that this white woman, or this black woman is nice looking/beautiful, but we dont get this same input for asian women. Therefore, for men who DO like asian women (cause not all do), we grow to develop our own image of what constitues beautiful, rather than having society dictate it to us. If you are curious about how to make yourself more beautiful, I would say dress nice, and try to make yourself look beautiful. That goes a long way regardless of your beauty. Since men dont have a preconcieved image of what is beautiful, they will be more receptive to even plain looking girls who make themselves look nice (dont go for the sleazy look though.)
