very interesting comments. a lot saying they trot as a courtesy…getting out of the way. not in downtown dc. my experience has been that they take their time and dare you to hit them. especially the tourist. my co-workers talk about it all the time. thay are very brave sometimes. all it takes is the right fool and the bumpers will not work.
