I wouldn't say that female tennis players are rare, but as an avid tennis player I don't see too many talented women playing tennis; this is probably because I do not belong in a country club. Just like a sorority, it isn't a cheap. It takes coaching, equipment, and a nice place to play. In many ways tennis is still an elitist sport--especially if you want to become good--because you need spare time, money, and courts. And there's the male/female difference: I don't want to be sexist, but in my limited experience I think men will generally beat women at tennis. This means women will generally play with each other, thus forming social groups (which are probably socioeconomically better off).

The underwear-showing is just a trend. My little brother does it, too. It's harmless. If you had bell-bottoms, did disco or had big hair ('80s), you'll know that sooner or later they'll regret it as embarrassment of youth.

I've (almost) never assumed that attractive women were unintelligent, but social psychology tells us that it is a self-fulfilling prophecy. An attractive girl/woman in our society gets more breaks - and therefore has to do less, such as study less, think less, be less, to get by. Attractiveness goes far, so the person doesn't. That means some attractive people don't ever bother pushing their potential, sadly relying on their looks alone. However, to assume attractiveness and lack of intelligence go hand in hand is inexcusable. In fact, the valedictorians of my high school and college were both attractive women whom I wouldn't be able to stand toe to toe with. But I'd still try. "Don't chase women smarter than me," I was told, "because you won't catch them, or worse, you might!"
