It is very important to know that there are two types of orgasms. 1) Clitoral orgasm is the orgasm that occurs to oral or manual stimulation on the clitoris. 2) Vaginal orgasm will occur during intercourse or penetration. Some women I know can only achieve clitoral orgasms and not a vaginal orgasm. In that case, it is nearly impossible for a woman to achieve an orgasm during intercourse. That may be the issue here.

Well, maybe it’s coincidence, but I have been involved in receiving anal sex, and have since suffered from IBS. It is, however, disappeared since and the anal sex hasn’t stopped.

First off, urine is very sterile. Ingesting is not harmful to any major extent as long as it’s in moderation. Feces, on the other hand, it NOT sterile and can therefore cause a cocktail of infections and parasites. I would absolutely not recommend anyone doing this, even if it’s their own.
