first off i would like to start by saying that this isn’t an issue of all black people being unruly, this is a situation of on particular black person being unruly and disrepectful and it shouldn’t speak for every black person. Now i do agree that your friend has reason to worry that his property value may go down because of his disrespectful neighbor, but i dont think that the solution to his problem will be to point fingers at the black race as a whole.
