blacks generally have a low education level. to them all they see is this rage of not getting their way. usually they’re misinformed about something i.e. rodney king. they only saw some black man who was getting kicked by white police. they didn’t see how he was high as a kite, attacking police officers. he was not the victem there, but they didn’t see that. black people riot because they see it as a solution. they don’t see any other way to solve their problems. plus, they’ve got these rappers, so-called musicians glorifying death and murder. all this bull is fed to them by their own race and they eat it up. maybe if they’d educate themselves a little, instead of trying to play pro basketball all the time, they would see the error of their ways. they might even start caring about their neighbors and community instead of pushing drugs on them.

Tell her there’s a lot of things she can do. Unfortunately her chain of command is not helping her. There’s the IG hotline. The Inspector General has a hotline for every base. They’ll be glad to help. This would be my first choice because of the situation with her ‘chain.’ There’s also the MEO, Military Equal Opportunity. They don’t have to answer to anyone under her base wing, so they don’t mind stepping on toes. Make sure she knows that going AWOL will mess with her entire career. It will follow her wherever she goes. These girls aren’t worth that.
