I do, as does everyone in my family. It’s insidious, pervasive and can potentially ruin your life. Treatment varies from person to person but talk therapy is supposed to be the best therapy. Medications can help keep you functioning in the world, and I disagree with those that criticize people for using them. Everyone responds to things differently. Marg K

In the San Francisco area of California, Asians are blamed for bad driving. I didn’t realize this was a regionalized thing! More often than not, when someone is driving poorly, they are of any race, but tend to be older, therefore more cautious? Marg K
