I’ll speak from personal experience as well as informal ‘research’ that I’ve conducted ( my friends and I have talked about this many a time, often fueled by a few drinks!). It is totally normal not to orgasm from intercourse alone, it has been said that anywhere from 50-70% of women don’t. Most women need a little more stimulation of the clitoris to orgasm. Try asking your partner to stimulate you in different areas and see if that helps. The best advice I can give you is to relax, as I’ve found that stressing about achieving an orgasm almost always leads to not having one. Take your time, make sure you’re in a comfortable and sensual environment, and focus on the sensations rather than the end goal. If you have a partner willing to take their time and experiment a little with what feels good to you, I’m sure you’ll get there eventually. GOOD LUCK! : )
