I don't think black girls put out earlier as a racial group. What I think is happening is that so many black children are being raised by single parents, mostly moms. These kids are not being supervised properly and are being exposed to more sexuality at an early age, i.e. TV programs, videos, maybe mom is bringing home multiple men in her quest to find the perfect husband and father. This is not just a black activity but as always we get hit harder by any social difficulty more than nonblacks.

I'm not Hispanic but I work with some Hispanic women. What I see is that marriage and family is their top priority. Career is not very important to them. Their attitude is their husband will provide the bulk of their financial needs. They are not very interested in what goes on around them if it's not related to home and family, from what I have observed.

I think black people are attempting to recapture some of what was lost during slavery. Africa is looked down upon in the Western culture. Few black people will name their child an African name but they want some connection to that heritage despite the negativity. Think about it, when you see these names, is their any denying that it belongs to a black person :)

I don't think it had to do with skin color either. I believe the last names of Indians have something to do with their caste, although supposedly they don't have castes anymore. For example Ghandi was a Brahman which I believe is one of the highest castes. It's funny that even when people look basically the same they will find a way to discriminate against each other :(
