Kids wear baggy pants because they want to. Everyone has their own look, whether it be truly their own or following the look of someone else. These kids just want to have the look of baggy pants. Leave it at that. Society needs to let people wear what they want and quit trying to spend all their time figuring out why or why not they do something. Be who you are and mind yourself.
