Why do teenagers wear those enormous pants? I see kids with pants at least four sizes bigger than they would normally need, and I just do not understand. How comfortable can it be for your pants to be hanging half off you and have enough extra room for two more people in them?

I (being the mature one) chose to ignore the remark. I personally don’t understand some adults. I bet they didn’t enjoy it when they were young and someone older looked at them weird, talked to them rudely or disrespected them, just because of what they are wearing. Teenagers get enough rude looks simply because of what they wear, who they hang around and what age they are. Like we need another ignorant rude, judgmental, and disrespectful person to dwell on the fact that we look “different.” What I’m saying is that anyone who mistreats, or judges someone simply because they wear “pants at least four sizes bigger than they would normally need” needs to be taught some morals. And from a teenagers mouth “get a life.”

On the east coast, boys would make their collars stand on end because their parents and teachers would abject and get anoyed. I wear regular jeans that are comfortable and I can move in them and I’m sure a lot better then people who wear pants that are two times to big for them. I come to think its because of peer pressure to fit ‘in’ and to be ‘cool’ like all the famous rap artist. But personally, I don’t want any other guy to see by underwear.

Everyone has their own look, whether it be truly their own or following the look of someone else. These kids just want to have the look of baggy pants. Leave it at that. Society needs to let people wear what they want and quit trying to spend all their time figuring out why or why not they do something. Be who you are and mind yourself.
