Well, I don’t know about the rest of the country, but when I went out to a strip club with some lesbian friends of mine, they wouldn’t let us in without male escorts. Apparently this was a precaution against prostitution. Not that we looked like prostitutes! So to start off, some clubs are definitely more friendly to all-women groups than others. I think being offended by stripping depends on the person (straight or gay). Some women (not just lesbians) think stripping is demeaning to women, because it objectifies them, for example. My friends and I just wanted to drink some beers and look at beautiful ladies. I think it boils down to a matter of taste, rather than sexuality. I’ve never heard of lesbian-specific stripclubs, but it would be a neat idea!
