It is pretty much well known that SOME black youths consider it sport to annoy white people. It may be a racial issue but it is not racist. The answer is a simple one. Due to the fact that most black males inevitably expose themselves to the legal/penal system they are found early and removed from society. As it should be. Whites tend to learn at a young age to avoid getting in trouble. Blacks tend to consider imprisonment a badge of honor.
