No. The delays was because the thugs had guns and was firing at police and rescue copters. The governor did not send in the Nation Guard right away because they did not have strength in numbers to overwhelm the thugs. I'm tired of the rescue operations being called racist. It wasn't. So stop it.

Ask any successful AfricanAmerican and he/she'll tell you that if you cannot find work near your home, it's time to travel farther away. By foot, bike, bus or car. Many AfricanAmerican actors/actresses worked hard in school to get where they are and they STILL work hard. Even Rap artist practice their gift. The American government wants to make sure that the horror of slavery does not happen again. From the Civil War to now, every American has the opportunity to work, if they are willing to try harder. Until then, quit complaining about 'White America' oppressing you and get off the porch.
