First, grow your hair halfway down your back. Then, every time you shower, wash and condition that hair. Next, shave your legs and pits. Now, scrub your heels with a stiff brush or pumice stone to remove callouses so you won’t ruin your stockings. When you’re done, let us know how long it took you.

I can only speak as a straight female, but I can understand your colleague’s position. I have many male friends in whom I have no sexual interest, even though they are attractive and we get along very well. I also love my male friends but don’t consider each of them a potential lover. I would have to conclude that a lesbian would differentiate between a friend and a potential lover the same as a straight women would make the same distinction about someone of the opposite sex. Why not just enjoy your friendship with this woman without worrying about sex, the same as I enjoy my friendships with my male friends without worrying about sex?

I would like to respond to the question, ‘Why do white women date black men?’. Although I have personally only dated white men, I have male friends and co-workers who are black. One personality trait I have noticed in black men is that they seem to be warmer. I don’t mean physically warmer, but more open with their feelings and more likely to show affection. I have also noticed this trait with Hispanic men and men from the Mediteranean area. Because of our culture (USA), white men are brought up to be ‘real men’ and not show ‘weakness’ by revealing any feelings. Love and caring are very important to most women and we will naturally favor men who can fill our needs.
