I am a naturally thin and healthy looking adult. My sister is overweight and has struggled with her weight her whole life. We have had the same upbringing, same parents, same diet. She is not a weak person or someone who struggles with discipline; on the contrary, she is a hardworking, creative, disciplined young woman. Yet she is still quite large. Her size is a reflection of her personal genetics, not a lack of discipline. She eats a healthier diet than I do and exercises regularly, yet she remains quite large. Why should she be teased or treated poorly because of her size? Why should anyone? It is the people who tease, call names and behave so shamefully who have the real problem. I am an Actor and I live in Hollywood where I am surrounded by beautiful people. Many of these same people suffer from deadly eating disorders and spend all their time obsessing about the smallest details of their appearance. Thats not a life, it isn't worth it. Don't worry about what others think, its only your own self perception that matters.
