GinaMember1)Some black people, in fact, do feel somewhat inferior to whites. YOU may not, and you may have not met anyone who does, or admits they do, but as a black female, I’ve seen this alot in New York City and elsewhere. It only comes out at certain times though. For examply, some black women, or should I say, unfortunatly…still, many black women feel rejected when a black man marries a white woman(or usually any non-black woman). While the reason for this sometimes is because some simply don’t believe in interracial unions. Another reason is that black women have long felt ‘white women get it all’, so to say. Also, Do you not think a major reason many black men treat black women bad, act the way they do and date interracially at the rate they do is because they feel inferior to white men. I know this is a touchy subject and many black men may not wish to admit it. But I KNOW it! Even though I date interracially and see no problem with a black man/woman dating a white man/woman, feelings of inferiority to whites show through when black men feel having a white woman makes them something more than they were and means they have arrived.
