I noticed that myself at the local shopping mall last night. There was an elderly Asian man missing his entire right arm and part of his shoulder. According to several magazine articles I read, there are many land mines that were left over from the Vietnam War that were never removed. Now they are being inadvertently ‘discovered’ by innocent people, adults and children, who often lose limbs when they accidently step on them.
