Very simply,...usually someone becomes an adult star because they want to, same reason someone becomes a lawyer or butcher. Sure, many of them feel pleasure. It is actual sex going on, not 'make believe'. That's part of the appeal of the job. The pay for higher class porns is pretty nice too. If someone is going into the porn industry,..then they obviousely don't mind being exposed. J. Jameson is hardly upset about people knowing her nude body.
