This is very interesting. I asked this question to my pregnant sister after watching Twilight of The Golds, a movie with this very subject. Her response was very simple: ‘I would love it as any other mother loves a child, it is a part of me. You are the same person I knew before you said were gay, and nothing has changed, I still love you the same.’ I agree, Love is unconditional.
