I am addicted to chewing gum expecially when i’m on edge or upset. it sometimes drives me crazy if i don’t have any and it’s all i can think about. when i’m stressed out it’s the best way for me to stay calm and i guess thats why my addiction started cause now i crave it when i’m not.
