Not all black men are what you see on Ricki Lake. I do think you point is valid. Black people, especially black men were stripped of their dignity during slavery. Imagine having to witness the rape of your wife and children by slavemasters and not being able to stop them. Black men still have their man-hood questioned today, not by slavemaster but by racist cops. Although your comment was stereotypical, I appreciate you noticing that slavery played a huge role in the way blacks are today
