When a gay man is touching a woman, his intentions are usually not the same as when a straight man touches a woman. The woman knows that the gay man is not touching her to get into her pants seeing that he is not interested in the female gender. Also, cultures view gestures differently, for example the peace sign in the United States means peace, while in Australia it means something completely different (a bit inappropriate for this posting). The gay culture may see touching as a way of friendship, and more times than not when a straight man touches a woman he wants much more than to be friends. That is why a woman slaps a straight man when he touches her and not a gay man.
