I think alot of young people copy blacks because they see the black culture as a colorful and interesting one, as well as a chance to shock their elders a bit. These are usually kids who are either ignorant of their own culture or are they are simply trying to be like the ‘cool’ kids. You don’t see this much in the adult world.
