When I sometimes ride the bus home from school, there are mostly black people on the bus, but I don’t mind. I don’t see anything strange or wrong with sitting next to a black person as an equal, and I don’t look down on anyone unless their actions give me reason to. Black people should not assume that all whites are racists or white supremacists. I heard on the news a couple of years ago that a study had proven that a higher percentage of black people are prejudiced against whites than whites aginst blacks (this was done by asking opinions and measuring unconscious physiological responses to pictures of the other race). As a young white female, I get tired of people assuming that I’m racist if I’m in a bad mood and look grumpy at someone, or if I’m tired and give inferior service at my job. Believe me, white people get the same version of me that black people or Mexicans or whoever do. Maybe the people you see who are white and don’t conform to your idea of what white people think are just people like me.

This is an issue I have had to discuss often with my current boyfriend — too big hurts, and thats that! I am an extremely, um, small down there and so a very large penis would limit the amount of positions etc. that we could try. He is above average, and perfect, but he talks about how he’d like to be bigger. Yes, waaay small reduces pleasure, but average and fairly above average, are fine. Huge is not.

I am mostly white and was raised in a white household, and I like rock music and can’t dance. I can’t dance I guess because as a kid no one ever showed me how, but I have white friends who can dance very well, and when they have tried to show me, they said I was too stiff – I guess I would have had to start earlier. Also, I do like to dance, even though I am not good at it, but sometimes when I do, black people laugh at me ant say it’s because I’m white, which I think is racist and sort of embarrassing because it makes me feel less confident of my capacity to eventually figure out how. I like rock music because I like the melodies and lyrics and the sounds of the instruments. I don’t like all rock music, but I like a lot of it. My best answer would be to ask why WOULDN’T someone like rock music? It sounds so moving and beautiful to my ears, so I’d like to know.

I am mostly white and feel I cannot ask people of other races, especially blacks, questions about the cultural differences between us. I have seen so many times when a white person mentions that a black person is black, that the black person gets offended, yet the black people I work with can say things like ‘white people can’t dance’ and it’s OK. I am really curious about aspects of black culture, but I don’t want to offend anybody by asking questions that may be inappropriate.
